These Unloqen Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) are made between Unloqen and each party (a “Customer”) that executes an Order Form for the Service defined below. This Agreement consists of these terms, each Order Form (defined below) and all exhibits and amendment of any of the foregoing. By executing an initial Order Form or completing Unloqen online account setup process, Customer agrees to all the terms set forth below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Unloqen (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you may not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

The Services provided by Unloqen may include, but are not limited to, securing your private keys and seed phrases. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You further agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functionality of the Services.

• Use the Services to engage in any fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized activities.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or any other systems or networks connected to the Services.

4. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our PRIVACY AND SECURITY to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information collected from users of the Services.

5. Payment Terms

Customer agrees to pay Unloqen the specified fees outlined in each Order Form. All payments must be made using cryptocurrency through our service. A network fee will be charged, which depends on the congestion on the network. All fees are non-cancellable and nonrefundable, except if billing errors are reported within 60 days. For any billing inquiries, please contact Unloqen’s customer support.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on or through the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Unloqen or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any of the content or materials without the prior written consent of Unloqen.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Unloqen makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Services. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Unloqen be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unloqen and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
